We are pleased to welcome your pet at Hôtel-Musée Premières Nations. The following policies apply when staying with your animal. We invite you to review them before making your reservation:
- Please note that there is a cleaning fee of $70 per stay, per room (+ applicable taxes).
- A maximum of two animals per room is accepted.
- In public areas, your animal must always be kept on a leash or in its carrier.
- Animals are not permitted in the following areas: La Traite restaurant, lobby bar, banquet rooms, pool, gym, Musée Huron-Wendat and Longhouse.
- Animals are not allowed on the beds or armchairs.
- Your presence is required in the room during any intervention by hotel staff. If your animal is not in a cage and no one is present, housekeeping will not be performed.
- You must immediately notify the front desk if your animal damages any hotel property and/or has soiled the furniture or carpet in the room.
- Your animal must not disturb the stay of other hotel guests. If this occurs, you will be asked to return to your room without delay.
- You must pick up after your animal at all times.
- Please notify the front desk of your departure time so that housekeeping can perform an inspection of the room before returning your security deposit.
- Any damage caused by your animal will result in additional cleaning and repair fees. Fees related to complaints about barking may also apply.
